It is quite clear how enthusiastic we are about sports, social issues, politics, worldly atractions, and things that please the flesh… However, a great majority of us are far removed from the discussion of things that include Christian edification, moral and ethical values, and pointers to the coming of the Lord. Unfortunately, the Bible tells us to expect these days. How can we change the conversation in order to get Christians refocused on the things that will positively affect and prepare us for the coming of Christ? As we read in 2Tim. 3:4-5 “…lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away”. What are your thoughts on the issue?
